Exchange & Refund Policy (Domestic – India)
At Daylord, we take pride in the quality of our jewellery. Every product undergoes a manual quality check before dispatch. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a transparent exchange and refund process as outlined below.
Exchange Policy
We accept Exchanges/Returns within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Exchanges are allowed for products of the same value or higher than the original purchase value.
Custom-made orders are not eligible for exchange or refund.
Quality Issues or Incorrect Product
If you believe the product received is defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered:
Please email us at care@daylord.com within 14 days of receiving the order.
Share clear images and details of the issue for verification.
Returns are accepted only for genuine quality-related issues.
Exchange Process
To initiate an exchange, please keep the product in its original condition and packaging.
Contact our customer care team, and we will arrange a return pickup wherever serviceable.
For locations where pickup is not available, customers may ship the product to our warehouse using their own courier partner.
Once the returned product is received and verified at our warehouse, the exchange will be approved.
The exchanged/replacement product will be shipped and delivered within 4 to 5 working days after successful verification.
Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable only for approved returns due to quality issues.
Once the returned jewellery is received and inspected at our warehouse, the refund will be initiated.
Refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment.
Refund will be processed and credited within 7 working days.
Important Notes
Shipping, handling, and cash-on-delivery (COD) charges are non-refundable.
Products must be returned unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact.
Daylord reserves the right to reject returns or exchanges that do not meet policy conditions.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday).
Pre-order or special items may take longer; any delays will be communicated proactively.
We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders.
